Great Gatsby... CHAPTER 9

One year later, I was at home when the phone rang. It was Gatsby; he wanted to remind me his date with Daisy on Monday afternoon. He seemed very excited, he had the unknown illusion about Daisy and him in a future relationship as Daisy and Tom, had broken up seven months ago. And maybe he was right, maybe he wasn’t.  But I knew that Daisy was madly in love with Gatsby, and even his lovely daughter couldn’t stop her.
Two weeks later, I went with Jordan to the market, when I saw them kissing at the restaurant on the other block. After Gatsby’s call that day I never had any notice about them; I saw her so cheerful, never seen before. For the first time in years I had seen Daisy with a real smile, really happy.
That day, Gatsby came to visit me, we hadn’t seen in a while so it was nice. After some talking he gave me some wonderful news… He and Daisy would marry in the next three weeks. I could realize that they were having the best moment of their life, and nobody could change it. I took the news with a lot of joy, as they had dreamt this for their entire life. He gave me the invitation, and left the house.
It was the 3rd of December, Daisy’s birthday, a beautiful season for a perfect and dream marriage... The wedding took place in Gatsby’s house. The place was magic; a place no one could imagine; in three words GASTBY and DAISY. There were too much people, kids running everywhere, women dressed very elegant, men with extravagant outfits talking about who had more to show. But everyone seemed to have something in common; they were all talking about Tom Buchanan. Where he was, when he would appear, and why he was not there. Jordan and I were sitting in the hall when Daisy appeared with an incredible white dress, beautiful like always, shocking as always.  Gatsby with a well-designed smoking; as Prince Charming; I could say. The place was decorated with many white flowers and many tables were around the dance floor; everything was perfect. But in a moment, a man dressed with sport outfit entered to the place. Suddenly a cold and strange atmosphere was created; there wasn’t any guest that didn’t look up to the altar… The strange and mysterious man went up to the altar; he was with the hand in his pocket and looking down to the floor  The man stood in front of them, took out his coat and his hat and screamed , “SHE IS MINE!”  It was Tom, and he was there to take revenge because he still loved Daisy. He looked at Daisy in the eyes and told her; “For ever mine; my love”. All of a sudden he took out the hand of the pocket and he had a gun and tried to shoot Gatsby, but Daisy jumped in front of him and stopped the bullet with her body. Immediately her dress started to get red and we all realized that she was dead.  Suddenly all the guests started to turn out of control, the children crying, the women horrified and the men calling the cups . I had taken a look at my friend and he was desolated; with a side of him I had never seen. He couldn’t believe it, he was devastated. In a moment Gatsby went after Tom; of course the cruel man, couldn’t even say sorry to her ex-wife. Of course he started to run, and both got lost in the forest.
Two days after, I got a phone call from the police station, they couldn’t find them. They had the hypothesis that they left the city; and now it was the responsibility of the New York district. I was so worried and many things started to be in my mind… I started to think and think if I could guess a clue or some hint about Gatsby… Where did the go?  Were they alive? Did Tom kill Gatsby? Did Gatsby kill Tom? I couldn’t get a clear view about them. When suddenly I heard a noise in the hall, I didn’t worry as Tom was far away, so I sat on my bed and turned the TV on. I was quite relaxed; I am not those persons that are scare of death, so nothing worried me. In a moment I could notice a strange noise coming threw the basement, and THE LIGHTA TURNED OFF! I screamed so much that even The East Egg had heard me, now I was really scared, but I tried to get calm, so I went to the kitchen for some candles.  I got them, I looked for a lighter AND WHEN I GOT SOME LIGHT…. Tom’s face was there… He screamed, “I wouldn’t let another witness, I like you dude, but assignments are assignments.”

Trabajo Practico Hielos Continentales

T.P HIELOS CONTINENTALES

VIDEO HIELOS CONTINENTALES - GEOGRAFIA

Video Arte

Diary Entry

 August 26, 1913
Today i found out how much i missed Emma. How much she made me feel special and loved. How beatiful she looked whit that elegant and classic air blue gown. Finally i had to accepte the cold and hard life reality. beven though i wrote that poem to her, i feel day and nicht so guilty and disapointed of my self; that even I would do the more enchanting and good action I would never forgiven me for what i hae done! Is it fair?
August 28, 1913
Yesterday I went to the cementery and i stood around an hour in front of Emma's grave. I started  to read aloud Emmas's favorite book, called "Freedom Meaning". I read and read the book, till the last page arrived. I't was wired, a part of me didn't want me to finish it; was like she was on the other side of the oage. Finally i took caurage I decides to finish. It said "IF YOU LOVE SOMETHING LET IT FREE, IF IT COME BACK IS YOURS, IF NOT IT NEVER WAS IT". In that moment i tend to realise that i have to let it FREE.
